This appealing model fights off the stale, damp air by removing 70 pints (33.0 liters) of water from an area up to approximately 4,500 square feet in size on a daily basis. The modern unit will also lower the room’s temperature naturally which can help save on air-conditioning costs. And since it’s Energy Star compliant even less power will be needed to create a comfortable atmosphere. You won’t do any damage to the environment either as it runs on ozone-friendly R410A refrigerant. The quiet high and low fan speeds and auto-humidity settings can be conveniently programmed and monitored via the electronic control pad with LED display. The practical direct-drainage system allows for continuous use while the progressive low-temperature feature makes sure the room never falls below 41ºF (5ºC). It’s convenient to relocate from room to room depending on your needs due to the handy built-in rolling castors. The automatic restart feature will turn the appliance back on after a power failure while the convenient automatic-de-icing system will keep the coils from freezing up. When it comes time to clean the filter it can easily be removed, washed, and quickly re-inserted. Some models require screwing the hose onto the outlet on the back of the unit. Other models require the hose to be fed through the back of the unit and connect to the adaptor above the bucket area, then replace the bucket.
    Yes, usually this air feels warm.
    There are a couple of reasons this could be occuring. 1) There may not be enough humidity in your environment or 2) Your relative humidity set higher than ambient humidity. Please adjust your settings accordingly if this is the case.
