Customer Reviews

Danby 10.1 cu. ft. Apartment Size Refrigerator is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Winner We've owned Danby refrigerators for more than 20 years. We sent both our kids off to college with their own Danby compact room size refrigerator. We've also had a small one in the garage for extra water and soda. This latest Danby we love. The freezer is adequate to hold about a week's worth of frozen food. The inside with shelves, pull out drawers and door shelves helps us refrigerate the oversize food containers we have had delivered during this pandemic. All these refrigerators have been super reliable and we certainly recommend this brand. We have owned this Danby about 6 months.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smart design. I wasn't able to find a larger refrigerator for my garage, it had to fit into a size limiting space. I was delighted to find out this refrigerator (well designed), could store more items than I thought. It also looks very sharp.

FAQs

The temperature range of Danby’s refrigerators are between 32F-39.2F/0C – 4C. This is the normal temperature range for food safe appliances. Our refrigerators are capable of maintaining a wider range than the specified temperature, however it is recommended that the temperature is maintained between32F-39.2F/0C – 4C for food safety. Minor temperature fluctuations of 1-2 degrees are normal during operation as the refrigerator is equipped with sensors to maintain optimal temperatures.
Danby’s refrigerators and freezers operate at a sound level between 35 and 46 decibels. This is within the normal decibel range for modern refrigerators.
Doors can be reversed on the majority of Danby’s refrigerators. Door reversal instructions can be found in the owner’s manual. There could be one of two things happening. You have the temperature set too high (too cold) or you are leaving food right under the vent or up against the back wall.
This is normal. If you feel like it is coming on too often, adjust your temperature setting.
