How often does an air purifier need to be cleaned?

The majority of Danby air purifiers have reusable filters. We recommend cleaning the air filter every two weeks for efficient performance. In households with animals, the air filters may need to be cleaned more frequently and the external grills may need to be wiped to prevent blocked air flow. Do not operate without the air filter installed.
