Description

The blue LED interior lighting beautifully showcases the bottles through an elegant tempered-glass door designed to protect your collection from potentially harmful ultraviolet rays and displays your collection with pure sophistication. The temperature of the wine cooler will stay between 6°C and 14°C (43°F and 57°F) ensuring the bottles will always be at a temperature best preferred. This appliance features a discrete pocket-style handle and a smooth back design to allow the installation to be flush against a wall. The handy reversible door enables you to open it from the left or right-hand side. Includes a 12-month warranty on parts and labour with in-home service.

Fits prosecco!
I read MANY reviews before buying this cooler. What I like about this cooler is, it fits all the different size bottles I have. Standard to prosecco. I fit bottles by laying them cork facing in or cork facing out. You can fit a lot in there! It does keep it nicely chilled and has stamina to withstand several power outages we had in the last 6 months. It looks nice. The blue light is a great night lite in the kitchen. Why 4 stars? This unit sometimes gets noisy. Humms itself to sleep. Then stops to be quiet for the rest of the night. You never know when it will start and stop. It's not that loud, but like a running refrigerator, but smaller. I wouldn't trade it and intend to keep it. Glad I made the purchase.

Yes, this is normal.
Please consult your owner’s manual. If too many bottles/cans are put in at once or the door has not been closed tightly, the unit will display the “HI” signal in the display panel. This is normal, please wait 5 minutes after you close the door and “HI” will disappear.
It is normal that the cabinet shows “HI” or “LO” from time to time. If it occurs frequently or lasts for a long time, you can restart the unit by unplugging it. If the problem occurs once again after restart, please contact customer service.
This will depend on your personal preference and the varietal you are storing. Sweet white wines are best stored between 41°F (5°C) and 46°F (8°C), while dry whites are best stored between 46°F (8°C) and 54°F (12°C). Reds are generally stored at a warmer temperature. Light to medium reds are best stored from 54°F (12°C) to 61°F (16°C) and full bodied reds are best from 63°F (17°C) to 66°F (19°C).
Is it plugged in and turned on? Did you allow the unit to sit upright for 6 hours prior to plugging the unit in? If yes, to all of the above and it is still not cooling, please contact consumer care.
