Dishwashers

What you need to know- Dishwashers

We all know, dishes don’t wash themselves. However, you would never know it with any of Danby’s dishwashers.

What is your type?

Available in counter top, portable and built-in designs, Danby dishwashers are the perfect addition for your kitchen.

Countertop Dishwashers

This type of dishwasher is perfect for smaller homes, and apartments with limited space. Danby’s countertop dishwashers don’t require a complicated, permanent connection to your plumbing and instead these units are designed to be hooked up to a faucet in your kitchen.

Portable Dishwashers

Danby’s portable dishwashers can move around your kitchen and connect to your kitchen sink when needed. It’s an ideal option if you don’t have counter-top and under-counter space and want to store it after using.

Built-in Dishwashers

Danby’s built-in dishwashers will perfectly integrate into your kitchen. It fits underneath your kitchen countertop and directly hooks up to your household plumbing.

Loading Your Danby Dishwasher

Upper Rack

The upper rack is designed to hold more delicate and lighter dishware such as glasses, tea cups and saucers, small bowls etc. When loading the top rack, position the dishes and cookware so that they do not get moved by the spray of water.

Lower Rack

Danby recommends that you place large items in the lower rack. These include: pots, pans, lids, serving dishes and bowls. It is better to place serving dishes and lids on the side of the racks in order to avoid blocking the rotation of the top spray arm. Pots and serving bowls, must always be placed top down. Deep pots should be slanted to allow water flow.
