February 20, 2021 will mark the ten year anniversary of the Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) walk. Since 2011, CNOY has raised over 30 million dollars for those experiencing homelessness, hurt, and hunger in 149 communities across Canada.  

This year, Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) has organized a virtual walk allowing participants to self-organize individually or in team bubbles, selecting their own safe route near home at a time convenient for them. As an official sponsor, Danby has donated 700 face masks for the volunteers to help ensure the safety of this event. 

Additionally, we have put together a team to help raise funds for the HOPE House in Guelph, Ontario. With an increase in demand brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, this local charity has provided urgent food relief and other essential programming, such as counselling, clothing, and system navigation support to those in need.
