Freight & Delivery Information

At Danby, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. To keep things simple, all online orders include standard curbside delivery. This means your item will be brought to the end of your driveway or the closest accessible point outside your home.

While we’d love to offer more specialized services, we’re currently not able to provide:

  • Inside delivery
  • White‑glove service
  • Room‑of‑choice placement
  • Assembly or installation
  • Removal of old appliances or packaging

Once your product is delivered curbside, you’ll be responsible for moving it to its final location. If your home has access limitations (like narrow roads, gated entry, or remote locations), the carrier may need extra time or may contact you to coordinate the best possible delivery.

If a delivery is refused because of misunderstanding the delivery level, or if carriers cannot safely complete curbside delivery, additional fees for redelivery or return may apply.
