Can a mid-size fridge be built-in?

Danby’s refrigerators are free-standing units. However, they can be built-in as long as the space/ventilation requirements indicated in the owner’s manual are met. We do not recommend fully enclosing the fridge in a cabinet as air needs to circulate around the appliance.
