Quality Assurance Manager,
You live and breathe Quality Assurance. You’re analytical, detailed and meticulous.
You have experience working across teams and levels to ensure that your products meet rigorous quality standards.
As Quality Assurance Manager, you oversee a QA team of 3 experienced professionals in Canada. You’re also going to be working very closely with an internal Quality team in China. That means experience working with international manufacturers including China and Mexico, is a walk in the park for you!
This person “makes it happen” and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and see things through. Sure, they will oversee our Quality Management System, oversee continuous improvement, manage tests and audits – but essentially, they do what’s right from a Quality perspective and ensure that their voice is heard as the prime subject matter expert at Danby.

You are also an essential part of the Product Development Team. You’ll be working with our YouTube star and Marketing Manager, Tara as well as Greg, our Skiing expert and Director of Product Development.

What you should bring to the table:
Active member of AHAM, Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers
College or university degree in Quality Assurance
10 years’ experience in refrigeration and home comfort appliances
Capable of building and improving quality assurance systems
Understand technical documentation, including project plans, test procedures, and blue prints
