Town Hall Meetings
Danby strives to have open communication within the company by having Town hall meetings. This allows Danby’s senior management team to share pertinent information with all employees, including organizational success, changes and employee’s special accomplishments!
Danby’s social committee organizes a variety of events throughout the year that promote goodwill amongst our employees. Events are not solely social, the Danby community also responds to the needs of the less fortunate in the community through food-drives and 50/50 draws. Some of our annual events include: discounts to attractions, family skating, pot luck lunches, bake sales, bowling nights, children’s Christmas party and our employee Christmas party and other work functions.

We have an active Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) who carry out monthly inspections and meetings.
