I have just got my refrigerator home; can I plug it in right away?
No, we recommend you let the unit stand for a minimum 2 hour period before plugging it in. There is oil in the compressor that may have moved up into the sealed system while being transported and by letting the unit stand will allow the oil to settle back to its original place. Plugging it in immediately could result in damage to the unit and negate the warranty.

I just purchased a black 9102 fridge and it makes "frog" sounds that come from the back of it. Should I be concerned?? Sounds like some fluid bubbling or traveling in the back, but it is quite loud.
It is definitely normal for a fridge or freezer to make gurgling or bubbling noises. These sounds are a result of the refrigerant traveling through the lines in the fridge. This noise is different in every fridge and may be amplified if the unit is in an enclosed space (right next to a wall) or on a wood floor.

I have a dual zone wine cooler and I drink more red wine than white wine. Can I switch the zones so that I can store my white wine on top and my red wine on bottom?
The temperature range for the top zone is programmed to accommodate red wine and therefore does not get cold enough to chill white wine.
